Developing Skills, Shaping Confident Players
JAM Coaching is built on the belief that football should be challenging, enjoyable, and purposeful. Guided by the values of Joy, Ambition, and Mastery, we deliver structured, industry-leading coaching that supports confidence, development, and long-term progression.
Our sessions are delivered in a safe and focused environment by former professional players who understand both the demands of the game and the responsibility of developing young people. We focus on strong technical foundations, intelligent decision-making, and consistent standards, while ensuring players remain engaged and motivated.
What we offer goes beyond sessions alone. Through structured feedback, including session reports, monthly reviews, and game reviews, we aim to provide clarity and continuity to each player’s development, helping them understand feedback and apply learning confidently in competitive environments.

All the session types are designed to combine professional coaching, personalised attention, and a positive, fun environment where players are given the tools and information to develop and thrive.
As a minimum standard, all of our coaches hold enhanced DBS checks, have completed safeguarding and first aid training, and possess the appropriate, recognised coaching qualifications. These baseline requirements ensure a safe, professional, and well-regulated environment for every player.

Founder/Coach
My coaching approach is centred on long-term player development, with a strong focus on building technical quality, confidence, and a resilient mindset. I design sessions that prioritise learning systems over short-term outcomes, creating environments where players feel supported, motivated, and appropriately challenged to improve.
I have worked in youth development for over five years across a range of ages and ability levels, and I hold a degree in Psychology, which strongly informs how I approach skill acquisition and motivation within my coaching. Alongside this, my experience as a former professional footballer gives me first-hand insight into the demands of the game and the standards required to progress within it. By combining practical experience with an understanding of how players learn and what drives improvement, my aim is to help players grow not only as footballers, but as confident, disciplined individuals.

Founder/Coach
I am a former Brighton & Hove Albion player and was capped for Northern Ireland at U18 level. I currently work within a Premier League academy environment and hold my UEFA B Licence. Having experienced multiple long-term injuries during my playing career, I have first-hand understanding of the physical and psychological challenges young players face when returning from injury or being released from academies. This experience strongly informs my coaching approach, particularly when supporting talented players through setbacks, transitions, and periods of uncertainty. My aim is to help players rebuild confidence, regain momentum, and continue progressing within the game through clear structure, empathy, and high coaching standards.

Founder/Coach
I have professional playing experience in both Gibraltar and Scotland and have worked in football for over six years across a range of environments. I hold a degree in Sports Management, which supports my understanding of the wider structures, pathways, and challenges within the modern game. I believe youth football can be a confusing and demanding space for young players, and my aim is to help provide clear direction, support, and perspective during key stages of their development. I see the role of a coach as extending beyond sessions alone, and I place strong value on sharing personal experience, honest guidance, and consistent standards to help players navigate the game with confidence and purpose.
